ABOUT AAREFA LAKDAWALA
I\'m a fashion lover and have enjoyed styling and designing since I was 5. I started with my clothing brand at the age of 17 and took part in a lot of events and exhibitions curated in and around me to showcase my talent. After 2 years of hardwork and with great motivation from my parents, I opened up a boutique of my own. My brand was doing great, and the pandemic hit in the midst of it all. During that period I decided on pursuing higher education in the marketing industry which would eventually help me greatly. I have 8 years of experience in retail and am currently manager @Honey a Toronto based fashion brand that is just so whimsical unique & fun. I know what it’s like to go the extra mile and always make my sales quota but also ensure that my team is well guided and motivated. Knowing what the client needs, getting them the product, and driving sales are things I am passionate about. My specialties include management, sales, customer service, working independently, interpersonal skills, marketing and great managing of people. Although deeply passionate about my area of expertise, I’m also passionate about baking!
