Conducted primary and secondary research for innovation projects focused on inclusive finance, gender-equitable product design, and human-centered financial systems- Contributed to the conceptualisation and roll-out of DesignShaala™, a national initiative to embed Human-Centered Design (HCD) in financial services innovation- Co-led design research across four Indian states to understand Gen-Z financial behaviour; co-developed a design playbook for banks and fintechs to build intuitive products- Co-designed a goal-based savings product tailored to women’s life aspirations and financial needs, streamlining onboarding and boosting usability for low-income users- Supported the development of a Gender Data Observatory to map disparities in financial access and usage across genders, sourcing data from leading banks- Co-authored research publications on women’s savings behaviour, smartphone access, and credit challenges for women entrepreneurs- Synthesised insights into strategy notes and policy reports for the RBI and ecosystem stakeholders on responsible AI, sustainable finance, and digital inclusion.
