I am an intellectual property (IP) and technology lawyer with legal expertise in patent prosecution, commercial agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. I am currently a Senior Legal Counsel at Volaris Group where I lead the legal function for the Justice & Emerging Markets portfolio, which consists of 15 different software businesses across various different industries. I have advised clients in the technology, manufacturing, and life science industries from both law firm and in-house legal department settings.
