About Aaradhya Ingle

I’m deeply committed to using sport as a way to create real change especially for women and young people. Over the years, I’ve been actively working in grassroots sports development, student leadership, and building inclusive opportunities through sport.At the University of Edinburgh Moray House School of Education and Sport, I proudly serve as a Student Council Member, where I focus on student policy, representation, and supporting new ideas that make a difference.As a founding member of SpedHeen Social Ventures, I’ve led impactful projects to grow women’s participation in sport, build community-based programs, and form partnerships that bring long-term value to the grassroots level.My journey started as a national-level athlete. I’ve won Gold and Silver medals in Inter-Collegiate Competitions, where I also volunteered with great enthusiasm.To build my knowledge, I earned a Google Digital Marketing certification and completed a Sports Management mentorship with Sporjo, where I worked on campaigns, and research that helped me better understand how sport can connect, inspire, and grow.My mission is clear drive change in women\'s sports development.
