I am a finance professional who believes that a strong finance function is not just about reporting numbers, but about protecting the business, enabling growth, and creating discipline as organizations scale.Over the last 10 years, I’ve had the opportunity to build and run finance operations across India and US entities in high-growth environments. My work has spanned financial reporting, payroll, taxation, compliance, invoicing, vendor management, internal controls, and audit support - often stepping in where processes were undefined or systems were fragmented.I have led finance operations across multiple locations, supported leadership and partners with reliable data, and helped organizations move from reactive firefighting to structured, compliant, and scalable finance systems. Much of my work has involved setting up processes from scratch, cleaning up legacy issues, strengthening controls, and building teams that can operate independently.I am particularly interested in process design, automation, and finance operations, and I enjoy working closely with stakeholders across HR, Admin, Sales, and Leadership to ensure finance acts as a business enabler rather than a bottleneck.At this stage of my career, my focus is on building mature, insight-driven finance functions - combining operational excellence with forward-looking analysis, cost discipline, and accountability.
