Ensure adherence of all projects to ministry\'s guidelines and policies through continuous monitoring.Plan, organise, and supervise the work of the team members to ensure all work in performed within the parameters of the project schedule.Proactively support in planning processes by providing data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Coordinate and Liaise with various authorities (Govt./PSUs/Private) to ensure smooth operation.Develop overall Plan and Provide support for the newly introduced systems to enhance staff proficiency and optimise system utilisation thus improving performance by supporting change to procedures and service developments.Develop overall strategy and Produce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), benchmark reports, facilitating informed decision-making across departments.Ensure all work is performed within the parameters of the project schedule.Transform data into actionable insights for improving operational efficiency.Assist in the development of the Management Information system, ensuring alignment with goals andobjectives of Ministry.Extract Management Information system reports and prepare presentations to apprise the HigherAuthorities.Report on statistics.
