CusGro started with a simple mismatch: recipes require small, precise quantities, but groceries are sold in bulk packages.It came from something personal. I kept buying more ingredients than I needed, wasting more than I wanted to, and finding no real solution to it. The more I looked into it, the clearer it became: this wasn’t a personal habit problem. It was a design problem. Recipes need small, precise quantities. Stores sell bulk packages. Nobody fixed that gap in any meaningful way.CusGro lets you pick a dish, customise it the way you want, and receive exactly those ingredients at your door. Pre-portioned, fresh, nothing extra. No subscription. No commitment. Order when you want to cook. The waste doesn’t happen because the excess was never part of the order. You can also choose to have ingredients washed and chopped, so cooking becomes faster and easier.To truly understand the product from the ground up, I personally developed CusGro’s app and backend, ensuring every feature reflects the user experience we want to create.Currently based in Gurugram.
