Supported the establishment and operational start-up of the Canadian branch, including the set-up and management of multiple engineering contracts within major rail and transit programs in Ontario.1) Hurontario LRT | Safety Certification & Verification & Validation (V&V):Served as Team Lead for Safety Certification and V&V activities for the civil works. Led a dedicated team, managing requirements verification, hazard log activities, internal schedule and budget, and alignment of certification deliverables with design and construction milestones. Acted as technical interface between the client organization, designers, construction quality teams and specialist consultants.2) Ontario Line – RSSOM | Trackwork & Alignment Design:Managing the trackwork and alignment design scope within a complex, multi-package rail program. Coordinating an international, multidisciplinary design team (local and overseas resources). Responsible for engineering delivery, schedule and budget control, internal coordination with operations and functional management, and external interface with the contractor, stakeholders and client organizations. Providing technical leadership, supporting BIM coordination with track and alignment engineering, and managing design changes. 3) Ontario Line – RSSOM | RAMSActing as internal Project Manager for the RAMS scope for the civil works, cost and schedule control, periodic reporting and client communications, focusing on strategic coordination and governance.4) Ontario Line – PTUS (Pape Tunnel Underground Stations)| Progressive Design-BuildInternal Project Manager for Italferr scope - Tunnel and FLS/TVS design -under a Progressive Design-Build model. Leading a local team comprising senior technical and managerial roles (Project Director, Tunnel, Fire & Life Safety and Ventilation leads) and backoffice teams. Acting as senior technical and managerial interface, supporting strategic decisions, workload planning and commercial matters.
