About Aanya Agarwal

I am a Lindner Business Honors student at the University of Cincinnati pursuing a double major in Marketing and Business Analytics. I am actively seeking a marketing or analytics internship for the summer of 2025. My first internship was at a startup as a marketing intern. In that role, my primary tasks were customer acquisition, client communication and maintenance, and design work, all in the very fast-paced environment of a startup. I acquired several valuable skills such as Search Engine Optimization, website development, and social media boosting, and had the opportunity to communicate cross-functionally with the tech team to receive and deliver website reports. My most recent experience was at Level Up Campaigns, a marketing agency with reputable clients such as Spectrum, Hello Fresh, and The Nature Conservancy. This was primarily a sales role where I started off as an Account Executive, and then after garnering over 20 customers for the company’s biggest client, Spectrum, I was promoted to Account Manager. As an Account Manager, I was able to shadow interviews, train newcomers on the business model, and begin to start building my own team. Overall in this position I was able to strengthen my communication and negotiation skills, as well as get a feel of team management and recruitment. On Campus, I am involved in Lindner Women in Business and the South Asian American Student Association. Involvement in both of these organizations have taught me the crucial skill of networking and the importance of a rich social network, while also allowing me to fully immerse myself in my culture and expand my education beyond the classroom.
