I am a second-year B.Sc. LL.B.(Hons.) student at the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, specialising in Cyber Security, with a focused interest in cyber law, arbitration, and rights-based regulatory frameworks.My work spans litigation support, doctrinal research, policy drafting, and academic writing. I currently serve as a Research Assistant under Prof.(Dr.) Astitwa Bhargava, where I have co-authored research on emerging technologies and cybersecurity risks in the healthcare sector—work that required rigorous statutory interpretation, comparative analysis, and technical–legal synthesis.On the litigation side, my internships at A&S Legal Partners, the District Court, and under Advocate Amita Dubey involved hands-on drafting (summons, warrants, NI Act complaints), procedural filings, and court coordination. At A&S Legal Partners, I also worked on corporate-facing assignments, including employment agreements, service contracts, and internal policy frameworks for an IT company, giving me early exposure to compliance-oriented practice.My research experience includes structured work at AGISS Research Institute and Vintage Legal, contributing case analyses, comparative studies, and publication-ready drafts. I have also represented NLIU in national and international moots, including the 4th IFIM National Moot and the Vis East Moot, and have received recognition in national essay competitions, including MNLU Mumbai.I am keen to engage in work at the intersection of technology regulation, dispute resolution, and public law, and remain open to research and litigation-oriented collaborations.
