Creation and development of complete make-up collections: • Analysis of the market trends, the reference market, the products on the market, customer requests and the most recent sales • Definition of the formulas, in close collaboration with the R&D laboratory • Definition of colors and special effects, in close collaboration with the Development laboratory • Definition and creation of visuals on cosmetic products, in close collaboration with the Industrialization department • Choice and selection of packaging, with particular attention to materials and costs • Definition and creation of graphics for packaging decoration • Presentation of the collections to the Sales Team and to customers I have excellent organizational competences. I have always had predisposition in organize activities, both personal and working and/or study activities. I have a very good use of computer (particularly Mac OS – Apple system) about principal graphics and writing softwares as- Adobe: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Flash - Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel - Web programming languages: Xhtml, Css, Prestashop I have a good mastery of artistic and technical design and I have good writing skills. I have never had problems in relations with people nor travelling. I am also active in social: from 2004 I am member and secretary of the administrative council of U.S. Acli Crema where I am in charge for design image and communication as volunteer work; in 2014 I collaborated on the creation of the Made in Crema logo and brand with Polo della Cosmesi. I have often worked in team with different people, and passed exams with success.
