About Aanchal Singhal

I am a dedicated professional with a strong passion for public policy and social change. Currently, I am serving as a Legislative Assistant to a Member of Parliament (LAMP Fellow) at PRS Legislative Research, where I actively contribute to the legislative process and engage in policy research. My commitment to public service extends beyond my professional roles. As an Odisha Development Fellow at the Poverty & Human Development Monitoring Agency (PHDMA), I worked on projects aimed at improving the lives of marginalized communities. My experiences as a Legislative Intern at Politics For Impact, a Project Consultant at Oxford Policy Advisory Group, and a Policy in Action Fellow with Young Leaders for Active Citizenship (YLAC) have further enriched my understanding of the intricacies of policymaking. I hold a Master\'s in Public Policy from the National Law School of India University and completed my Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy Honors at Miranda House College. Throughout my academic journey, I also served as the President and Financial Secretary of Anukriti - The Hindi Dramatics Society of Miranda House, where I combined my passion for education and theatre to make a positive impact in the community.
