Hello,I am an Advocate with a strong interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), particularly mediation and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). I am a certified ODR professional through SAMA, a Certified Mediation Advocate by the Asian School of Cyber Laws and PACT, and a trained mediator under the guidance of J. Jawad Sir. These experiences have helped me develop practical skills in facilitating dialogue, understanding parties’ interests, and supporting amicable dispute resolution.I completed my B.A. LL.B. from Amity University, Chhattisgarh, and I am currently pursuing an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai, along with an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) from Raisoni, Nagpur. Alongside my legal and management education, I am also undertaking PGDCA and Tally certifications to strengthen my understanding of digital tools and technology.Currently, I am working with SettleWise (remote) as a Mediation Associate, where I assist in mediation processes, settlement coordination, and the facilitation of online dispute resolution mechanisms.I am always open to learning, collaboration, and opportunities that contribute to innovative and effective dispute resolution systems.
