Accountabilities: Responsible for co-ordination and completion of statutory audit, tax audit, transfer pricing audit, internal audit, group internal audit. Migration of the Fixed Asset Register from the old Companies Act guidelines to the new one. Process improvements like:o Introduction of credit cards for facilitation of travel as against cash advances.o Advanced platform (CONCUR) for recording of expenses and timely accounting of the same. End to end planning and execution of the process including conducting UAT and training of more than 200 employees for the PILOT batch and an additional employees for the whole Company.o Standardization of cost centers for alignment with global systemso Electronic documentation for payments to key stakeholders and appropriate archival of the same. Co-ordination for analysis of as is process vis-à-vis the changes to the system (SAP) to incorporate the Goods and Services Tax (GST) methodology. Planning, budgeting and forecasting the sales, costs and profit figures as well as the inventory quantities for the next year to be presented to global for approvals Monthly inventory reports for the management giving an MTD & YTD overview Monthly Management Reports for analysis and decision making to be presented to the local and global management Ratification of employee payments, salary payments, TDS, Service tax and other statutory payments on a monthly basis. Compilation of documents as per the Internal Control suggested by Sarbanes Oxley and approved by the group audit team. Monthly release of the Profitability Dashboard to enable decision making for the management. End to end process including planning and execution of the data inputs and the desired outputs.
