Senior Product Manager with the RBC Digital team for:Investment account open and KYC - Building a digital self serve account open, KYC and mutual fund investment application from 0 to 1 for over 5 MM RBC clients. MyAdvisor - a digital investments and financial planning platform, impacting nearly 5 MM clients and Financial Advisors, generating over $100MM+ in annual revenue. As the sole Product Manager for the advisor and client facing experience, I lead the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution / implementation of new product enhancements to increase user engagement and adoption. I negotiate an app dev budget of $2MM per year, managing stakeholder relationships while leading an 8-10 member cross-functional team to achieve $2.4 Billion+ in investment volumes. I also lead the technical requirements to build API integrations, next-gen technology upgrades and performing data analysis using SQL and Generative AI.
