Ensure that all questions or clarifications needed by the construction team are addressed in a timely manner to prevent delays-**Tracking**: Maintain a log of RFIs to monitor the status and ensure that all queries are resolved.3.**MPR (Material Progress Report)**-**Maintaining**: Update the MPR regularly to track the procurement.This helps in managing inventory and ensuring that the required site activity are available on site.4.**Compaction of Crust**-**IRC (Indian Roads Congress) & MORTH (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways)**: Follow the guidelines set by these organizations for soil and material compaction to ensure stability and durability of road infrastructure-**Checking**: Regularly check the compaction levels to ensure they meet the specified requirements.
