Supporting Client’s core CRM System, working in SaaS environment. • Writing complex queries in SQL to extract and analyse customer data. • Supporting clients with data cubes, data mining and transformation. • Creating BI reports (Power BI, Tableau) and providing feedback to clients improving sales and margins. • Helping development teams design data warehouses and data models. • Working with Azure cloud, data purging, storage, and analytics • Creating Bespoke reports for clients from complex database using SQL scripts. • Performing regression testing before data changes / upgrades are implemented. • Ensuring that all the data reports are GDPR compliant following data protection codes and ethics in EU. • Working with stakeholders and defining data retention and cleaning policies. • Testing code hotfixes for development teams, implantation of hotfixes and UAT. • Support client on Itim TRS application. • Leading mini projects for clients and act as a bridge between clients and development teams for bespoke software functionalities. • Initiating and maintaining the client system records, tracking details of various operations for clients. • Working with support & development teams to resolve everyday issues raised by clients. • Managing change requests and planning client upgrades.
