ABOUT AAMIN KHAN BANARSI

As a dynamic and motivated professional with a passion for education and social impact, I have gained valuable experience in project coordination, program management, and stakeholder engagement. My diverse background includes roles in both the public and private sectors, with a focus on enhancing education outcomes and driving positive change in underprivileged communities.Currently, I am working as a Project Coordinator at Peepul, where I am responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of online teacher trainings under CM RISE - Teacher Professional Development. Prior to this, I served as a Program Lead at Kaivalya Education Foundation, where I worked with NITI Aayog on Aspirational Districts Collaboratives to lift up the aspirational districts. As the SPOC for data interpretation, data analysis, and progress report creation at the district level, I contributed significantly to measuring the impact of the intervention. I was also the tech SPOC for the dashboard of six working districts of Maharashtra.Before my role at Kaivalya Education Foundation, I worked as a District Coordinator at Piramal Foundation, where I executed the Surakshit Hum Surakshit Tum Abhiyan campaign, facilitated vaccination awareness and home care support for COVID-19 patients and managed the fellowship process in Guna, Madhya Pradesh.I began my career as a Gandhi Fellow, where I worked with the Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh education departments to strengthen the litigation process and design online course to meet the needs of state and district education officers. Prior to this, I served as a part-time Physics Teacher at Shri Ji Higher Secondary School, Satwas, where I developed my skills in teaching and mentorship.My academic background includes an MSc in Physics from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, and a BSc in Computer Science from Vikram University, Ujjain. I also hold a Computer Diploma in Computer Operator and Programming Assistant from the Government Industrial Training Institute, India.In addition to my professional experience, I have developed valuable skills in data management, data collection, presentation, and communication. I am passionate about creating interactive dashboards and recently obtained certification in this area from Skill Nation.Overall, I am a dedicated and driven individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the education sector. I believe that by leveraging my skills and experience, I can contribute significantly to organizations that share my passion for driving positive change in underprivileged communities.
