   Co-founder of a concentrated, time arbitrage, best ideas equity investment partnership focused on selecting \"Quality Compounders.\" Cyril Malak and I founded Qualivian with the primary purpose of establishing an asset management firm where investor interests are aligned with those of the principals.\"Quality Compounders\" are best described as superior quality companies that generate high returns on capital with durable franchises. We invest in these businesses only if they have the ability to reinvest the excess cash that they generate back into the business at similarly high returns, compounding the underlying intrinsic value of the business. In addition, we seek to invest in experienced management teams that have a demonstrable track record of utilizing their excess cash towards rational capital allocation. As noted, we call businesses that encompass all three of these attributes “Quality Compounders,” and they are a rare breed.
