I’m a curious ML and Data Science professional who enjoys building creative, high-impact applications of LLMs and Generative AI. My background spans call-centre forecasting, causal modelling, optimization frameworks, anomaly detection, and NLP systems that analyze insurance transcripts using matrix factorization and intent-driven modelling. I’m especially interested in the intersection of modelling, reasoning, and real-world operational impact.Recently, I’ve been focused on Agentic AI, developing an advisor that reads call transcripts, compares them to historical coaching patterns, and generates personalized training plans.
