Part of the Executive Team, I carry multiple responsibilities. The main and most exciting one is to redesign and redefine the Tax Operating Model from top to bottom. This includes all processes, use of technology, flow of data, skill set of people, leveraging ERP (SAP), and using third party platforms and services. This project will shape the way our tax function would operate for the next generation and is aptly marked as F-cube (Fit For Future). As an extension of the above, I am responsible for the following programs:+ BEPS Pillar 2 readiness and compliance with minimum impact on ETR, and as a result EPS.+ SLB Tax Training Program Curriculum design, update and delivery+ Tax Technology Gap Review and redressal plan+ Head the 200 strong Tax GBS organisation and upgrade its delivery model in line with the technology ambition + Internal and External quarterly reporting including 10-K disclosures. In addition to the above, I also provide operational business support for tax matters to the SLB New Energy (SNE) business. Renewables are the futures of mankind and SNE is the future of SLB as a key player in energy space. What we do matters.
