Currently, at a 95% rate for solving customers\' issues with printing and e-filing 1099-MISC,1099-NEC, and W-2 forms to the IRS. 6.66% transfer rate- Customers are rarely transferred to another department unless it is out of my scope for work.Increased customer survey completion by mentioning the survey at the end of every call with customers and sending customers follow-up emails to complete the survey about my performance and experience with the Quickbooks products.
