Delighted to share my experience as a Co-Facilitator and Volunteer for the 2-day Psychology Workshop conducted at NIMHANS, Bengaluru!This innovative workshop was part of the \"Connecting Generations Wellbeing Program\" initiated by the Positive Psychology Unit, Department of Clinical Psychology, NIMHANS.What made this program truly unique is its focus on studying the relationships and connections between older and younger adults. Over the next 3 months, we\'ll be engaging in interactive activities that foster intergenerational understanding and bonding.Huge shoutout to our lead facilitator, Upama Pal, PhD Scholar at NIMHANS, for her exceptional leadership and expertise in guiding us through this workshop!Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this pioneering initiative in India!
