   Familiar with all duties of piping workshop activities, Reviewing the project schedule, working front with the piping Superintendent, and maintaining daily reports.• Ensure that all materials delivered to the workshop are inspected and conform to specified requirements and issued the MRR.• Familiar with piping components and how to prepare weld maps for isometrics.• Follow up steps of Piping fabrication (cutting, Fit-up, tack weld, inspected, welded as per WPS and release for painting).• Ensure that all pipe spools are shipped to the site and stored in the specified laydown area.• Follow up steps of Piping Erection at site (cutting, Fit-up, tack weld, inspected, welded as per WPS, and installing pipe supports as per drawing).• Familiar with piping supports, valves, and special piping components.• Prepare piping test packages as per marked-up PIDs and as per project agreement.• Review and check the test package (as built drawing, punch list, P & ID, NDT reports, welding summary, and calibration equipment’s reports).• Line checking(walkthrough)with client and issue punch list• Witness during Hydro test and pneumatic as per project specification.• Witness during draining, drying, and flushing test as per project specification.• Ensuring that all materials are installed after the test (Reinstatement punch cleared).• Ensuring that all system walk-down punches are cleared (Mechanical completion).• Ensuring that all system documentation is handed over to the client.• Support the commissioning team and rectify the remaining punch list. • Develop weekly reports and weekly team timesheets
