About Aalhad Deshpande
I am DFT Manager with more than 12 years of experience of working in the field of DFT.My Work includes planning DFT architecture, scan and MBIST implementation, DRC analysis, failure debugs, coverage analysis, atpg and MBIST simulation debugs, fault simulation using functional vectors, vector delivery and silicon bring-up. I also have experience of working on Logic Equivalence Checking and MultiVoltage Rule Checking.I have done my post graduation from National Institute of Technology, Warangal and secured 9.07 percentile with 2nd spot in my stream.I worked at Defence Research Development Organization of India for my final year M.Tech project. I have published two papers on my M.tech project in International conference, Technological Advances in Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering (TAEECE), 2013
