About Aakriti Mathur

Engagement, communication, and project management professional with an MSc in Organisational Psychology from LUBS, University of Leeds (World\'s top 100 universities). I specialise in understanding human behaviour and using data-driven insights to optimise business processes. I also bring over four years of experience in professional services, including three years in the UK. While in the UK, I primarily worked on external partner projects, including the Goldman Sachs Foundation Women initiative. In multiple roles, I helped deliver the programme to more than learners worldwide, strengthening and engaging a growing global alumni network. During my Master’s, I was selected for a study trip to Switzerland, attending lectures at the ZHAW School of Management and Law and visiting multinational company sites. As a Link to Leeds ambassador, I represented the university globally, providing one-on-one guidance, hosting webinars, and creating short-form video content for prospective students. Previously, I worked at an employee engagement and workplace culture firm, partnering with HR teams and CXOs across industries to help them understand their people, build inclusive teams, and create happier, more productive workplaces. I’m passionate about mission-driven organisations where I can enhance employee experience and help make Monday blues a thing of the past.
