I thrive in the fuzzy spaces where nothing is defined yet, bringing structure, systems, and a sense of calm to complex problems.I started my journey designing jewelry (yes, very sparkly) and somehow ended up designing AI-driven workflows for enterprise products. I spend my time bringing clarity to ambiguous spaces, building frameworks that scale, and aligning teams around a shared vision for autonomous agents. It’s a role where I help turn early ideas into meaningful, trustworthy AI experiences used by sellers across the world.Highlights- Led the design and launch of Sales Qualification Agent, a first-of-its-kind autonomous agent in Sales- Created scalable frameworks, reusable patterns, and alignment models that reduced rework, accelerated delivery, and increased adoption across Sales, Partner teams, and Engineering- Drove clarity across SQA Admin, Compliance, Intent, and multiple AI features by simplifying ambiguous problem spaces, facilitating cross-team decision making, and setting actionable strategy- Led org-wide Prompting initiatives: built a roadmap, created UX prompt-engineering guidelines, and produced a “Prompting 101” training adopted org-wide- Championed the IDC Usability Lab for agentic experiences- Co-led design system and tooling restructuring to streamline workflows, reduce redundancy, and improve design velocity and earned an org-level award for operational excellence.
