With over eight years of experience in sales, business development, and marketing, I am a category manager at Unacademy, India\'s largest learning platform. My mission is to launch and execute GTM programs through multiple channels for the UPSC team, one of the most competitive and lucrative segments in the education industry. In my current role, I have created online distribution strategies that generated more than 30 lakh views across various platforms, increased user retention and engagement, and worked with various stakeholders to launch programs for user adoption and sales. In my previous roles, I have delivered results in revenue generation, conversion optimization, customer relationship management, and team leadership. Some of my achievements include scaling up event revenues from Rs. 1 lakh to Rs. 17 lakh/month, tripling the customer return on the application, and managing a team of 50-plus members. I have also developed skills in marketing communications, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration, using tools such as CRM, SOPs, and budget forecasting.
