I am Aakash and my story beings in this vibrant city of Bangalore. Growing up in this city which is known for its technological innovation, right from my young age I started gained interest in science and did my Bachelors in Electronics and Telecommunication engineering. On the personal front, I am blessed to be part of a loving joint family. I am married, my wife is an entrepreneur and I a proud father of a 5-year-old son who runs his own YouTube channel today. Living in a joint family has taught me the values of teamwork, humility, and collaboration. These values have been an integral part of my personal and professional life.Soon after my bachelor’s I started working for BOSCH, and this is my 14th year of association.Starting as an embedded engineer, I have evolved through various roles in project management and Business Leadership, and have addressed the needs of divers global customers. I have incubated over 100 talented individuals and enabled them to developed state-of-the-art technological solutions in Active safety and driver assistance systems. Through strategic initiatives such as integrating Codility tests, developing recruitment dashboards, creating knowledge management portals, and enabling experience drives, I have created a significantly impacted on the systems and processes that we work on and have enabled the department to grow and innovate.Personally, I am a firm believer of India\'s growth story, I keenly follow the listed companies in the Indian Equity Markets, assess their financial strengths, listen to the promotes to learn about their corporate strategy. I also invest all my saving in those stories that fascinate me. Today, I bring a diverse blend of technical expertise, project management experience, and business acumen. I am deeply committed to leveraging these skills to enable the success of our teams and drive value for our organization.    As Program Manager for ADAS Vehicle System Integration, Application Tuning, and Validation at Bosch India, I lead the establishment of a new vertical aligned with the organization’s aggressive strategy to secure 50%+ market share in the country, driven by upcoming AEB and lane-keeping regulations for passenger and commercial vehicles. My role involves building and mentoring a high-performing technical team, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs, and enabling delivery excellence. I collaborate with vendors to identify and procure quality components and services, working alongside the purchase team on onboarding and commercial negotiations. I also support facility management in developing long-term test track infrastructure, while partnering with business leaders and the board to conduct cost-benefit analyses and craft strategic pitches for investments. Additionally, I work with HR to strategically position teams across offices for both operational efficiency and customer proximity. Beyond organizational goals, I focus strongly on team development—nurturing talent, guiding career trajectories, and fostering an environment of growth and aspiration.
