From developing supervised models that drive loan recovery strategies to automating analytics pipelines and building intelligent assistants, I enjoy solving practical problems with a blend of engineering and ML thinking.My experience spans across experimentation, user behavior analytics, and ML modeling. At Groww, I’ve led initiatives that combine risk modeling, operations, and dashboarding to streamline loan recovery. Whether it’s predicting bounce rates or profiling high-risk defaulters, I’ve worked on solutions that balance accuracy, scale, and clarity.Outside of work, I’ve built AI tools using LangChain and LLMs, created Q&A bots over documentation, and explored ways to turn unstructured data (like LinkedIn profiles) into structured insights. I also enjoy designing systems from scratch—whether it’s a gamified productivity platform for students or a model pipeline crunching millions of data points.I thrive in fast-paced environments where I get to wear multiple hats: builder, analyst, collaborator.
