Raw Material Inspection Review MTC with Material Identification from Manufacturers and Suppliers. Visual Inspection for Physical condition of Material Free from Any Damage, Crack and Pitted etc. Dimensional Inspection Tolerance as per PO and Applicable code. Witness of Heat Number wise Mechanical Test and Chemical Analysis. Fasteners MTC Review, Visual Inspection and Dimensional Inspection as per Spec IS 2614 Inspection of Raw materials (Plates, Pipes, Flanges, Gaskets, Bolt & Nuts, Welding consumable and Review the Material Test Certificates (MTCs) as per applicable material code and client specification. Ensure all welding and Fabrication activities performed in accordance with relevant ITP, QCP, WPS, WELD MAP and Code and project specification. Monitoring all welding and painting activities in the project (Piping, Structural). Conducting procedure and performance qualification tests as per AWS D1.1 monitoring welding parameters of different process in accordance with approved WPS. Prepare weld repair rate to monitor to the welder performance & submitting to the Client. Preparing weld maps, daily welding/Painting reports and updating various inspection statuses. Conducting tool box meeting for the welders, fabricators to ensure the product quality procedure. Review of NDE test records and check compliance with agreed procedures and acceptability of defects. Visual inspection of welds, monitoring the welding parameters and the heat input as per WPS, during welding. Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS. Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction.
