   Escrow validation is process where we validate the loans whether the borrower gets shortage or surplus.CIT 158 stands for Shortage.In 158 we calculate how we are getting the shortage and are we at least 80% near to the shortage amount.In 159 we check if we have received the Additional Payment, HOI/Tax Refund or if the Payments were Over Paid.CIT 159 stands for Surplus.The application use here are - Sagent, EDMS, BPM process portal.We look for the Insurance and Tax details in the particular loan which is paid or which is going to be paid in future.We look for the borrower monthly escrow payments and other additional payments.We calculate the shortage or surplus for the next 12 months.We use documents such as Escrow IEAD, Escrow analysis statements to check the Insurance and Tax amounts.If we don\'t have such Doc then we will take the last escrow analysis report and compare with itOnce we calculate and reach the shortage or surplus amount we run the script and will close the loan.Other than This I have worked in CIT ( 204,566,212,142,671,902 ), Insurance, Tax And PMI.Here we Use app Such as - Sagent, EDMS & Corelogic.
