ABOUT AAKASH INDURKHYA
Currently, I am the Head of Product at Virtualitics, where I focus on defining the product strategy and working with technical leadership to execute our product vision. I manage a team of product managers, Design/UX engineers, and enablement specialists. Previously, I was the co-head of AI, where I managed the development of new machine learning capabilities for both the Virtualitics AI Platform and its supported Apps. During this time I managed a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers. Over the years, I have been fortunate enough to hold several patents in a variety of areas, including data visualization, artificial intelligence, network science, and telecommunications. I graduated from Caltech with a degree in Computer Science with a particular focus on AI, ML, and Systems Engineering. During my time at Caltech, I developed and taught courses on big data frameworks utilizing Spark/Hadoop. I also contributed to research efforts at both Caltech and Duke University.
