Responsible for end-to-end trade settlement processing for US market. Working on GSP, DMS, BDC, ECRM, Baseline, Model Ops, ERR reporting, Symphony, Avaya, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word etc. Managing & handling failed trades settlement inquires & responding to client queries. Making calls & sending emails to the account admins ( CSE ) of the clients for the trades which needs instructions for the settlement. Preparing different reports like fail trades report, Daudit report, EOD Balancing etc. Following SLAs, SOPs and maintain the documents for auditing purpose. Updating the SOPs whenever needed & completing the task before deadline time. Contacting CP broker after Market close for late deliveries & attending CP calls for their late receives & queries through Avaya. Booking trades into Holdover account after Market close if there are no instructions to settle the trades. Training new people in team and reviewing their work on daily basis as four eye check to ensure no mistakes, errors which helps client satisfaction. Cross trainings & participating in weekend testing. Worked with Tech team to automate the process which helps reduction in manual intervention & reduce processing time.
