Lead a team of IT professionals responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of all technological systems within the company. Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation, resulting in improved financial reporting and operational efficiency. Handling master data in Spice jet for FI (customer/vendor master, HSN, house bank) and MM (material master/service master for all departments). Designing templates for Master Data upload and preparation of data validation sheet. Responsible for providing functional support and project development for already implemented SAP processes. Responsible as a project owner for ongoing in house SAP projects such as integration between SAP and other accounting software. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards, mitigating risks and protecting sensitive financial information. Interaction with Auditors in ITGC audit and providing reports for MM and FI. Assisted in budgeting and financial planning, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing financial performance. Involved in Unit Testing and Integration Testing of End to End Cycles for MM and FI.
