As the ADM Leader, I lead and develop all aspects of Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) for metal additive manufacturing. This includes everything from machine programming and operations to ensuring health and safety protocols are in place, as well as overseeing post-processing activities like heat treatment and component finishing.I collaborate with design teams and industry partners to explore and develop new applications of the technology. I focus on optimizing machine accuracy and calibration, improving mechanical properties, and enhancing overall asset performance.I manage the workflow of the rapid prototyping department, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and ensure that all safety and cleanliness standards are clearly defined and strictly followed. I also take part in design reviews, contributing recommendations to drive continuous improvement.Additionally, I’m responsible for maintaining technology data and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). I support staff development and manage any performance issues to ensure the team runs efficiently and effectively.
