Leading several key initiatives across the ads org. Consistently recognized as one of the top performers in the engineering org along with several key projects led and a patent partnership. Over 2500 git contributions and 100k+ lines of code shipped across codebases. Built various high priority products at scale around the whole ads eco-system from real time ads targeting for multiple ad formats & 3rd party partners as well as dynamic ads generating 7 figure revenue returns. Every system goes through an intense performance (million QPS), uptime cycle every day in production. Notable leadership include:1. Browse Retrieval - Owner of P0 system in the Ads org, this system will be responsible for generating appropriate candidates for 50% of revenue placements of ads. We also run machine learning models in this system to further improve candidate selection. AI Ads - Using GPT technology, we built ads placements in the Instacart app which solely generates high quality ads selections via the Open AI GPT LLM. We are serving QPS and growing. This is a high revenue project, adding $7XXK to Instacart ARR3. Databricks Infrastructure - Key owner and creator of our whole team\'s Databricks infrastructure end to end. This system has allowed the team to ship 30+ revenue generating products.4. Ad Campaign Upsell Recommendations - Led another engineer in building a high impact product to upsell budget recommendations to advertisers on Instacart. This product is used daily by advertisers and sales to upsell budget- Received Ads Eng Staff award for the highest performing team- Patent owner under \"Automatic Keyword Grouping For Campaign Bid Customization\"- Mentored junior engineers- Shaped team culture from oncall to activities
