Career Transitions : Lot\'s of job seekers want to switch their careers, with the world opening up to online education, all of us now have option to work and learn at the same time. I did the same with my career, one fine day when I was sitting at my cubicle at TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES, I wondered that how beautiful it would be if I could weave my career around my strengths. I choose to go for a degree of MASTERS IN PSYCHOLOGY and made a choice towards a way where my heart took me. I look back today after working 3 years as a Software Tester to now working for 3 years as a coach and it has been nothing sort of less than magical. I literally learnt to walk again. Working with up Grad empowered me to be there for 800+ Career Transitions. Working with over learners day in an out, starting with overlooking resume and LinkedIn profiles to actually sitting down and strategizing job search has been my core competency. I always had a soft corner for mental health, and that is the reason that I keep associating myself with organizations that work towards mental health every now and then. With 6+ years of experience now, I am about to build my own personal brand and be the best version of myself that I have ever been.
