Working in the U.S. Healthcare Finance Integration Services (FIS) team where I specialise in working with payer, provider, claims, and bank account reconciliation data to streamline financial processes in the healthcare sector. I engage with clients to gather detailed requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of both new needs and enhancements to existing systems. I am responsible for creating comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and translating business needs into actionable capabilities, features, and user stories within Rally. Throughout the development cycle, I collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, to ensure that user acceptance testing (UAT) is executed efficiently and effectively. I handle data analysis tasks using excel and SQL, troubleshooting issues and providing insights to meet business requirements. Additionally, I test Control M jobs and play a key role in coordinating with business teams to optimize the revenue process. My expertise extends to working on LOM (Logical Operating Model) mapping for different sectors within healthcare process hierarchies, which aids in improving operational efficiency.I am also a part of Accenture’s Merger & Acquisition (M&A) Data Consulting team, where I contribute to identifying and evaluating companies that are strategically aligned with Accenture’s technology portfolio. My role in this team involves following a set of specific guidelines to identify the best-fit companies for acquisition or partnership, and I work closely with senior leadership to present these findings and recommendations.
