I’m a psychology graduate trying to find where my skills, interests, and curiosity intersect in the real world.Over the last few years, I’ve explored multiple directions — from working in communication and event coordination, to supporting therapy sessions and conducting psychological assessments, to even dabbling in UX during a startup internship. Not everything clicked, and I didn’t always have the clarity I hoped for. But what stayed constant was this: I’m deeply interested in people — how they think, feel, work, grow, and experience the world.Through my master’s in Applied Psychology, I’ve worked with individuals in clinical and rehabilitation settings, participated in assessments and case work, and facilitated workshops on mental health. I’ve also handled responsibilities in HR, community engagement, and internal communications — especially in fast-paced startup environments.Now, I’m looking to build a career that uses psychology meaningfully — whether that’s in behavioral research, organizational development, or mental wellness support.    Working as a Freelance Emotional Wellness Specialist, where I develop and deliver emotional wellness content including articles, videos, and webinars. I conduct individual and group counseling sessions in both virtual and offline settings, and create and curate resources for the emotional wellness platform. I also collaborate with the team to design and implement wellness programs and initiatives, participate in team meetings to track project progress, and support program delivery when required.
