I am Aakaash Kumar, a 22-year-old passionate athletics coach and national-level athlete, specializing in sprint and hurdle events. I began my coaching journey at the age of 18 without any formal guidance-a rare path for someone so young. Due to certain medical conditions, I shifted my focus from competing to coaching young, underprivileged athletes, helping them discover and reach their full potential.Through hard work and commitment, I have already produced 3 national medalists, 8 state medalists, and supported an international participant-all through my free training initiative, Prevent Club.My dream is to make my country proud on international stages and to prove to the world that we can do it, no matter where we come from. I believe in smart, science-based training and building champions from the grassroots.Now, I am looking to grow further by exploring opportunities as an assistant or entry-level coach, especially in India or foreign countries, to deepen my knowledge and bring even more to the world of athletics.
