I am a people and process enthusiast. Throughout my career, I have assumed various roles within people teams, gathering diverse exposure in full-cycle recruitment, project and change management, nudge interventions, knowledge sharing, leadership hiring, executive summaries, contracts, on/off-boarding and research – to name a few. I currently work at Zattoo, the world’s first climate-neutral TV streaming provider — I am responsible for all things relating to new talent: end-to-end recruitment, talent operations projects, TA analytics, and employer branding. Prior to this, I was responsible for candidate experience and recruitment coordination at Choco. I am a double graduate in Organizational Psychology and HR Management. Assuming various professional roles in multicultural organisations has honed my knack for dealing with different stakeholders, attention to detail, multitasking, tact, taking ownership, and more. I possess the gravitas required to understand the pulse of situations and people well; this innate quality helps me make informed decisions and work efficiently in diverse business situations. I can comfortably speak and write in German.
