I’m a Financial Analyst II at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where I manage budgeting, forecasting, and post-award financial oversight for four colleges and multiple research institutes comprising over 70% of the university’s $250M operating budget.My work spans executive financial reporting, faculty payroll reconciliation, legislative appropriations support, and grant compliance. I lead financial planning for $30M+ in research grants maintaining sponsor-compliant reporting, refining labor distribution, and ensuring fiscal integrity. With a strong command of Workday, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and R, I develop financial models and dashboards that drive strategic decision-making and resource allocation across divisions.I\'m also actively involved with the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA) and stay current with evolving best practices in post-award research administration, compliance, and reporting.
