   Mediated flow of information between Land agency representatives, scientists on the client\'s SME team, and construction line-of-business to ensure that ongoing work conforms to regulations and permit constraints- Prepared permits and agency notifications for operations and maintenance work performed by a large infrastructure client; primarily Federal/State land-owning agencies such as USFS, NPS, BLM, USFWS, CDPR, Caltrans, and CDFW, along with many other local and state agencies- Performed detailed desktop site analysis for upcoming construction projects, looking for environmental impacts to biological, cultural, and environmental resources- Became an early adopter / tester / expert in client\'s new project management systems, and provided extra data analysis and organization tools; this led to additional efficiencies and consolidation of guidance documents across the broader organization- Managed a large team of junior staff, delegating work and mentoring early-career young professionals- Participated in proposal efforts and interviews for new work as a lead technical expert.(Formerly Cardno, acquired by Stantec and transitioned in Q2 2022)
