My primary responsibility as a football coach is to instruct and guide the team, assisting them in honing their abilities and creating strategies which enable success. I coach an U10 group in which I construct and execute training plans and offer constructive criticism, which enables players to perform to the highest standard of their abilities. I plan ahead and alter as needed throughout games to increase our opportunity of success. The team is managed through strong organisational and leadership abilities. My objective is to guide the team\'s progress and assist players in attaining their full potential.
