New upcoming Passenger Electric three-wheeler.Roles & Responsibilities: Design and Development of Wiring Harness & Electrical component- To create 2D wiring harness drawing using Capital Harness XC- To create electrical circuit schematics on Capital Logic for Electric Three-Wheeler models- Worked on selection of LV & HV Wiring Harness and electrical Components (Wires, Connector, Terminal, Fuses, Relays, Pre-charge resistor, Contactor, etc.) as per Function/Application- To Prepare Design Concept Sheet (DCS) & DVP for new electrical component development- Involved and worked on product development of Electrical components like Switches, Instrument Cluster, Wiper motor, Throttle & accessories loads- To get involve and support Validation team for performing the DVP test cases for wiring harness and electrical components- Involved in troubleshooting of issues at vehicle level- Worked on VAVE & cost reduction implementation in existing & upcoming Electric Vehicle- To prepare DFMEA, DFA, DFS before releasing the parts in PLM to ensure robust design and first time right product delivery- Involved in finalizing fitment trial, packaging, testing and required development activities from supplier for finalization of Electrical Components.
