I have spent over 18 years working across transport and logistics operations, building experience from the operational level through to leadership roles responsible for improving how complex supply chains are planned, managed and executed.Currently, I work within live events and touring logistics at Fly By Nite, focusing on the day to day delivery of high pressure, time critical operations across the UK and Europe.Working across different roles in the industry has provided a broad understanding of how logistics organisations function in practice.
