About Aaditya Gawade
After completing my B.Sc. in Hospitality Studies from Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management, I had a great exposure and understanding of the operational and service parts of the hospitality industry, which allowed me to develop and strengthen my Customer service, Operations management, and Strategic planning skill set; skills that are applicable to any form of business. Currently, I am pursuing my Post Graduate Diploma in E-Business at the Welingkar Institute of Management. This program is giving me more knowledge about e-business and how technology is making the business world more connected. I am studying areas like e-commerce, digital marketing, and data analytics, which are important in today’s business world. I think that my background in hospitality management plus my academic focus has enabled me to create a unique perspective on business management within a modern business environment. This is very important for me, and as I have mentioned above, I always strive to have a unique perspective on business thinking. I have found ways to adapt the customer-centric operational expertise that I have acquired in the world of hospitality and am beginning to apply some of the more advanced digital strategies that I am learning in my coursework, specifically in the areas of e-business. I believe that these two worlds of experience help me to tackle more complex problems and to directly contribute to the goals of a business or organization that I am part of, with the goal of driving innovation.
