Responsible for task allocation, performance monitoring, and motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.• IPD Operations Management: Overseeing In-Patient Department (IPD) operations, including patient admissions, emergency handling, and bed allotment for a hospital with a capacity of more than 500 beds. Ensuring seamless coordination between departments to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.• Patient Admission & Emergency Handling: Supervising the patient admission process, verifying documentation, and ensuring timely coordination with clinical teams. In emergency situations, taking quick decisions for resource allocation and prioritizing patient needs.• Bed Allotment: Monitoring real-time bed availability and managing allocation across general wards, semi-private rooms, private rooms, and critical care units. Ensuring optimal utilization of hospital resources while prioritizing patient requirements.• Query Resolution: Addressing patient and attendant concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism. Ensuring escalations are handled effectively to maintain patient trust and satisfaction.• Feedback Management: Overseeing patient feedback collection and closure. Ensuring complaints are resolved in coordination with respective departments and corrective actions are implemented to improve service quality.• Meetings & Reporting: Leading departmental meetings to review operations, highlight challenges, and set action plans. Preparing reports and sharing updates with management to support decision-making.• Operational Excellence: Maintaining a patient-centric approach while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and standards. Continuously identifying areas for improvement in service delivery and operational processes.
