About Aaditya Arora
After the realization set in, that I am inclined towards entrepreneurship I began setting up a new vertical in the family\'s clothing business and that is what is Uniba Workwear. Have been working with national and international organizations on their work wear needs, we are into business clothing, industrial and safety wear, hospitality and aviation apparel, security and facility management clothing and promotional wear. We look at business clothing as not just a product, but a end-to-end service. The process starts with understanding the kind of brand image that the company is desirous of, designing based on brand preferences and safety measures, developing company specific samples, meeting the industry standards and producing in bulk as well as taking care of each employee\'s sizes and needs. For us, uniforms are essential for your brand image, the comfort and interpersonal relationships of your employees and for their safety and easy functionality. My work at Uniba entails strategy, client meetings, training and betterment of our processes with every passing day.
